Requests outside the panel: ITIN and C-Corp

These two requests are not among the services you order in the panel. Write to us by e-mail and we will tell you whether and how we can help.

  • ITIN

    An ITIN is the tax ID the IRS gives to people; you do not need one to form an LLC or get an EIN. If you need a personal ITIN, describe your situation briefly.

  • C-Corp

    In the panel we offer Wyoming and Delaware LLC formation. Write to us about a C-Corp; we give no advice on the entity type, so make that choice with your lawyer.
